What can I do with jelly besides put it on my biscuit?

  1. Use as a mix-in for yogurt, oatmeal, cottage cheese, or applesauce.

  2. Whisk it into salad dressing!  Vinaigrette sweetened with marmalade is delicious on arugula, spinach, or kale salads.

  3. Pepper jellies are great on cornbread!

  4. Make jelly thumbprint cookies.

  5. Add to a chicken or turkey salad for an interesting twist.

  6. Add to a sandwich – peanut butter and jelly, breakfast sandwich, ham, or turkey.

  7. Flavor a milkshake.

  8. Use as an ice cream topping.

  9. Make a jelly roll.

  10. Make a sauce or glaze for your meat (ham, pork tenderloin, chicken, turkey, duck, shish-kebab).

  11. Put in stir fry.

  12. Use as a layer on a cake.

  13. Stir into pancake or cheesecake batter.

  14. Put berry jams on an omelet.

  15. Pepper jellies are great with cream cheese and crackers.

  16. Put it on a grilled cheese.

  17. Use in a cocktail.

  18. Make jam bars.

  19. Drizzle it over a cake.

  20. Mix jam and cream cheese - use as a filling for stuffed French toast.

  21. Fold in 1/3 to 1/2 cup into brownie mix.

  22. Mix with butter and put on muffins.

  23. Make a marinade with soy sauce and marmalade.

  24. Mix with Dijon mustard and cream for a great sauce for pork chops or pan fried chicken.

  25. Make a crostata.

  26. You can always put it on toast, English muffins, bagels, scones, crepes, or waffles!
